Parkside – Knightsbridge

The Parkside projects consist of a series of renovations within an eight-story Edwardian mansion block located in the prestigious area of Knightsbridge, London. The project included several 2, 3, and 4-bedroom apartments which ranged in size from 1300 sq ft to 2800 sq ft, that were completely renovated and refurbished with a turn-key finish. The project values ranged from £450,000 to £750,000.

The renovations included new MEP services and bespoke Italian joinery fitted throughout. Additionally, a penthouse renovation involved the amalgamation of two top-floor flats into a spacious apartment with a new efficient floorplan and the creation of three large modern outdoor terraces with 360° views of Hyde Park.
