This residential project is located within a grade II listed building in the Queens Gate conservation area in Kensington, London. As the main contractor on the project Brompton Cross Construction was responsible for;

• Full soft strip demolition

• Renovation and restoration of all masonry and timber

• Upgraded MEP services

• Restoration of original features such as plaster cornices and ceiling roses
