Brompton Cross Construction is proud to be the Principal Contractor for the transformation of 63–65 Piccadilly, a historic Grade II listed building and former National Westminster Bank, into an ultra-luxury 50-suite boutique hotel for the Royal Group of Companies. Situated in one of London’s most prestigious locations, the £110 million development will set a new benchmark in five-star hospitality, with suites expected to command nightly rates of £1,000 and above. Designed by heritage specialists Ritchie Design Partners, the project requires a meticulous approach to restoring and preserving the building’s architectural character, while integrating modern systems and high-end finishes throughout. Our scope includes structural modifications, installation of new M&E services, restoration of period features, and the full interior fit-out to deliver a world-class hospitality environment. With its prime location and heritage significance, the project presents notable challenges, including complex logistics in a high-traffic urban setting and the sensitive integration of contemporary infrastructure into historic fabric. Through close collaboration with conservation officers, consultants, and the client team, Brompton Cross Construction is delivering a landmark scheme that reflects our expertise in luxury construction, heritage refurbishment, and precision project management.
