Brompton Cross has started the M&E fit out works for a brand-new Italian restaurant in the heart of Chelsea.

This commercial project will consist of 2 phases to complete the project on time and within budget.

Phase 1 includes the 1st fix; plumbing, ventilation, air conditioning and partitions. This second phase will include joinery, wall and floor finishes, sanitary and commercial kitchen installation.

The project is planned to be completed within 5 months.
