Brompton Cross is undertaking a full refurbishment in an apartment located in the heart of Chelsea. This project involves a full soft-strip internal demolition including the existing floor to upgrade the hot and cold water supply and heating system.
New floor build-up will be installed including an advanced acoustic insulation system to accommodate new hard flooring. We will be supplying and installing new kitchen joinery and appliances with a new ergonomic kitchen layout. The existing sash windows will be renovated and new secondary glazing to improve sound insulation and to boost the EPC rating. Changes to existing electrical wiring and lighting across the property and minor changes in bathrooms included new bespoke joinery.
Installation of new hardwood flooring and carpets throughout the property. Plastering where needed, painting and decorating throughout including all woodwork to finish and the project will last only 10 weeks.
