Park street Swimming pool spa
This project located in the heart of Mayfair was handed to Brompton Cross mid-way through construction and involves the renovation of the ground floor, basement and sub-basement levels.
Works to the basement levels include the fit-out of a sizable swimming pool, modern gym and spa facilities along with a bespoke drinks bar and relaxation area.
The ground floor which is made up of a grand entrance lobby, offices, a kitchen, WC and a large outdoor terrace will be completely renovated and cleaned back to its former prestigious states.
