Brompton Cross Construction have proudly won the tender to carry out fit out works for a new build at a magnificent property located opposite London’s Victoria and Albert Museum in South Kensington.

The works are to include roof replacement, fitting of external doors and windows, drainage systems and light well finishes. The fit-out package includes full M&E, 1st and 2nd fix installation plus floor, ceilings and wall build-ups throughout as well as bespoke joinery throughout the property.

This substantial property comprises of 6 spacious floors, three of which are located underground. 4 bedroom suites and 2 staff bedrooms.  The lower sub-basement level will house a swimming pool, spa complex, cinema room and dance floor.

The total internal property equals 11,500 sqft and the project is scheduled to last 22 weeks.
