Brompton Cross Construction have started the ground preparation works at a large site in Bletchingley, Surrey that was previously a public house. The project will include the demolishing of the existing structures and the erection of 4 new build, semi detached, family dwellings.

The individual properties will include three bedrooms and three bathrooms each, along with space for 2 cars parking and a landscaped garden.

The project is scheduled to take 10 months to complete.
